Not satisfied with Kaplan

I am currently completing a Kaplan NCLEX review class. It was the only one offered at a discount at my school, so I took it. I'm not impressed so far. The decision tree has turned out to be a dud, as many questions can't be answered that way. And now I realize, maybe I should have taken a class with a little more content review. Can you walk into the NCLEX-RN exam with gum in your mouth?

Tips to help me get ready for nursing school starting next month

I got accepted into a 9 month LPN program that starts early next month and I am EXTREMELY nervous. I have made lists of all the basic school supplies that I'll need and all books are included in the tuition so I guess we will get them on the first day. I am really anxious to get started so I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions of some books that I could read or of any supplies I should buy ahead of time. Working to become more competitive

I have 3 semesters left of nursing school. While in school, with my first degree I work part-time at a local college, teaching general education classes. Today I just got offered a position, Detox Tech, graveyard, at a rehabilitation center.

What do you think would be better for me? What makes me more competitive? Would you rather see on a resume 2 years of experience as an Instructor or as a Detox Tech? LPN Student debating completing CNA instead

I am a second semester LPN student and am having many hardships within this 8-week semester vs our usual 15-weeks.
