However, those days have seemingly ended. Now, its rarer to even get some amount of tuition reimbursement. However, there are some facilities offering special benefits. What does your hospital offer as an incentive to keep you or get you in the first place?

Scrub the HubI was getting ready for blood draws. They all went well except one. I forgot to scrub the hub before I accessed it. I felt so stupid because that is such a simple thing to forget... How probable is it that the patient will get sick? Didn't attempt CPR to a rigor mortis patientIs it serious when DSHS involved? Or is it just a standard procedure for them to get involved? Can you lose your license for not attempting CPR as CNA even if resident is in rigor mortis? Have you been in a public situation where you had to use your nursing skills?I heard a big thud. I turned around and saw a man lying on the ground, bleeding from his head. Luckily, a RN was next to the accident site, she ran over to him and applied pressure to the bleeding site.
