I am normally pretty libertarian in my outlook but, this Fentanyl crisis needs the strong arm of the law. It seems even worse than Meth, which is saying a lot.
Are you paid for required early clock in and clock out?
My employer requires staff to clock in between 6:38-6:52 and we can't clock out until 7:08 but we aren't paid for the extra time.

My RN license is pending/on hold due to a misdemeanor of 23 years ago. I got all the court documents to submit to IDFPR. However, I'm stuck on the personal statement I need to submit to them.
As charge nurse, am I in trouble for versed and fentanyl error by new grad?
I don't know if the new nurse understood my instructions. She gave fentanyl and versed to the patient without checking patients vital signs. My manager found out. Am I in trouble?
Should I stay per diem with my old job?
I am transferring to an Endoscopy clinic. A mentor suggested to me to stay per diem at my hospital unit so I can retain seniority.
