Medication Error in School

A parent brought in a refill of clonidine for a student. The bottle stated clonidine 0.1mg take one tablet at 1100. An audit was done by supervisor. When we got to the clonidine, the imprint on it stated it was trazodone. I was suspended and reported to board of nursing.

Last meeting with manager before end of orientation ... I told them that while I felt ready on days, I did not on nights. That was definitely, clearly, Absolutely 100% NOT what they wanted me to say.
