Quit While in Orientation (New grad)I am a new grad and just quit my first nursing job with less than 2 weeks on orientation. Just a little background, my first nursing job was as an ICU float RN at a level 1 trauma center rotating days/nights every 2 weeks (full time). |

Team nursing?I am wondering if anyone has any experience (positive or negative) with team nursing. I am on a transitional care unit that takes care of post-CABG, critical drips, general cardiac patients, and ICU stepdown. |
Forced to Return to the FloorI've been working in a hospital and have been a nurse for a few years now. I worked in a Medsurg floor for about a year before I left and did something else. I eventually ended up as a nurse analyst and have been enjoying it so far for the most part. |
