I Have No WordsI had a pt. who kept pulling out IV's and needed one at shift change. I attempted twice but wasn't successful. I was always taught you only attempt twice and then you get someone else to try because it's not fair to the patient. |
Opinions on how soon to float new nursesI am a new nurse 3 weeks off orientation. This was my first "full" week of 3 days as I still had to take a new grad course 2 days a week since coming off orientation, so I was only on the floor 2 days a week totaling 7 days on my own today. |
