I am ganged up against, by a certain background of staff (certain native country) who make up the majority of my workplace. I just wish my job would do something about this bullying. The DON makes me feel like I am the problem. HELP!

Betrayed by Management

Dear Nurse Beth,

After we tragically lost our nurse manager, the management offered me the position which I gracefully accepted. As you can imagine, transitioning from floor nurse to manager was not an easy task.
