Nurse have to know So much and partly play the role of doctor and pharmacist - eek!
I feel like we have to play the role of pharmacist and doctor. We are responsible for knowing if they made a mistake. It scares me to think that I might not catch a mistake. I feel like this is a lot to put on nurses, especially new nurses. Can anybody make me feel less stressed out or put things in a different perspective?
