Dismissal From Nursing Program - Is all hope lost?

My GPA is not bad. I was dismissed from a 4-year program during my first year due to an unprofessional email exchange with a tutor. I am left wondering if any other nursing programs will accept me due to this reason. I don’t think the fact that I was dismissed shows up on transcripts, but it does seem to be a top question when one is trying to transfer into a new nursing program...
