We recently had a family refusing a nurse who is not vaccinated. As of now, vaccination at my facility is still voluntary; becoming mandatory after September 1st. How do you handle something like this?

Anything wrong with speaking out about staffing issues at work?

Management heard me say, "why are they happy focusing on decorating the unit, telling people to join their contest, getting food, etc... when almost everyday we are almost short or are trying to figure out who is working", and was not happy. They said matters like that should be discussed in private.

Are You or Someone You Know Burned Out?

Burnout happens. It did to me. Research has indicated it is a genuine workplace crisis detrimentally affecting workers and their organizations’ bottom line.
