Is this what I have to look forward to being a male nurse....I recently got my CNA license. I was excited at first passing the boards and maybe finding a decent paying job. Hypothetical situation, thoughts?I'm going through a lecture about trauma and began wondering what is allowed in "the field" or outside the hospital? If your assessments of a person say they have a tension pneumothorax, their trachea is already shifted, etc, and you can tell time is running out, do you create a hole into the person's lungs to save them? |
